Employee Satisfaction APSL recognises that being a communications solutions provider in an ever changing world that communication is a critical ingredient for success. We place emphasis on both formal and informal communication. The manager has a key role to play in communication. Managers are accessible, encourage collaboration and the development of ideas that contribute to business performance and continuous improvement. In addition to the normal lines of communication, the Unified Group Managing Director has regular one to one sessions with all the staff to ensure that everyone has the ability to have their say in the running of the business. This approach also provides an important and direct way for employees to ask questions and provide feedback to senior management. During these sessions many new ideas and suggestions are provided and are being used to develop our ongoing improvement in the way we operate.
