Nortel User Training
User Training for new users to the Nortel range of equipment can benefit from a full understanding of its capabilities.  Through a structured training programme the user learns both the basics and more advanced features available on their type of equipment and will be fully capable of maximising its use immediately following training. Administration of today’s voice systems can be carried out by customers, avoiding the costs incurred by using your service provider to implement the majority of day-to-day changes. Changes can also be carried in a timelier manner, improving your administrator’s efficiency. Click here for more details

Training is provided on the various available tools used to manage a range of Nortel systems.   An understanding of the systems being administered is provided followed by use of the tools in performing the tasks through a well planned instruction programme.
